When
does the competition start?
Registration
To
improve your chance of winning make sure your school registers
before Sunday July 27 when the first token appears in the
paper. Why? So you get your free Collectors Kit as
early as possible. Schools need to register in the competition
to be in the running to win. Registration can take place
at any time during the competition, however no concessions will
be made for registrations that are forwarded late in the
competition and registrations must be received at The Sunday
Times before the end of the promotion at 5pm on Friday,
October 17, 2003.
Token
Collection
Sunday July 27 - September 21, 2003. The Sunday
Times will publish readily identifiable School Bus Tokens
for the whole of Third Term from Sunday July 27 to September 21,
2003.
Token
Tally
We recommend that to make it easier for School Bus Coordinators
to forward their final total token tally at the end of the competition,
that a weekly tally is taken and recorded on the Accumulator
Wall Chart, which is free in the Collectors Kit. The final
token tally sheet, also found in the Collectors Kit or on the
website, must then be forwarded to The Sunday Times by 5pm
Friday October 17, 2003.
Winners
Details
Sunday October 26, 2003. Once the top 5 schools'
token tallies have been verified by an independent auditor, the
winners will be announced in The Sunday Times on Sunday
October 26, 2003.

receiving a $15,000 multimedia package, and a $10,000 package
for the third-placed school. Plus one school, selected at random
from all schools registered in the Win a School Bus competition,
will win a $5,000 multimedia package.
