Last year The Sunday Times found that some schools adopted the promotion with such enthusiasm that they purchased copies of the paper to assist their token collection.

As a result a special subscription offer was presented to all registered schools to ensure that no school was disadvantaged.

In 2003, we are once again able to make available to participating schools a special 22-cent subscription offer.

Schools can purchase sets of 10 copies of The Sunday Times each week for the whole nine-week token collection period (July 27 - Sept 21) for just 22-cents per paper.
ie.  1 set of 10 copies of the Sunday Times per week @ 22-cents per paper = 22-cents x 10 papers x 9 weeks = $19.80.

Papers must be ordered in sets of 10, however the maximum number of papers you can order each week can be no greater than the total number of students in your school, rounded to the nearest multiple of 10.  This is to ensure a level playing field for all participating schools.
ie. If your school has 187 students you can order from 1 set of 10 papers per week up to a maximum of 19 sets of papers per week (190 papers).

Class activities have been developed specifically for this period to ensure that the newspapers can be used by teachers and students in the classroom.

How to Order

To take full advantage of this offer, place your order in time for the first School Bus Token and get it in by 5pm Tuesday, July 22, 2003.

Participating schools do not have to send payment to The Sunday Times.  Your local delivery agent will invoice you for the total cost for the whole nine weeks at the end of the competition.

Your copies will be delivered each Monday morning directly to your school. The first delivery will start on Monday, July 28 with the edition of Sunday, July 27, 2003.  The final edition of the paper that will be delivered to your school will be the edition of Sunday, September 21, 2003.

This offer is only available to registered schools and is not available for individuals.  If you have any queries, please contact our customer service line on 08-9326-8288.
